It took over a year to get the AWS certifications for Solution Architect, SysOps Associate, and Solution Architect Professional.
I can remember how confusing it was to start fresh with AWS without any knowledge. There are so many resources, courses, documentation, and training that it can be overwhelming.
I have compiled some resources, courses, and deals that might help you get started at an affordable cost.

Udemy
They are not enough to pass the exams.
Udemy does NOT offer professional courses in aCloud Guru
These are very expensive, but you can wait for Udemy offers and get the Associate ones for $10 to $15
I will continue to list any Udemy offers below. I started as an Associate with the aCloud Guru courses from Udemy. They provide a great overview of exam topics

As mentioned, Associate courses from A Cloud Guru can be used to get started. They can also be purchased on Udemy
Cloud Guru forums are a great place to discuss topics. Highly recommended.
I purchased Solution Architect – Professional course directly from A Cloud Guru site. Personally, I find it very costly and doesn’t cover the topics in great detailLinux Academy
I have not tried Linux Academy courses as an Associate. If you have any thoughts, please let me know.

Personally, I would recommend it to the A Cloud Guru
Linux Academy Trail is available for 7 days. Then, you can subscribe to Linux Academy for $29 per month. This would allow you to access all but a limited number of courses such as PluralSight, Opsgility, and Linux Academy.
I was preparing for Azure when I found out that there was a 3 month free subscription to LinuxAcademy PluralSight, OpsUtility, and LinuxAcademy.

Personally, I have never taken any Practice test from AWS or any other provider.
There are many sites that provide AWS questions and answers, but I found them to be incorrect. Always research from your side.
