About ISACA Cairo Chapter
The chapter’s purpose is to encourage professional education in Egypt. The chapter has a strategic goal of improving and developing their abilities. It promotes activities related auditing and managing Information Systems governance security control and assurance.
The formation committee has held informal meetings, activities, and other related efforts since 2010 to encourage members to participate in the formation of the chapter.
After four years of continuous activities and great efforts, the official approval and charting by ISACA international on August 2014 was granted to ISACA Cairo Chapter. The official launch and celebration took place on February 7, 2015 at the chapter’s first breakfast meeting. 75 members were present.
